RAMAW CONSULTING Property Services and Consulting (Cleaning Service) — Reg No: 2014/283492/07
By booking this service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Valuables and Jewellery: The client is solely responsible for securing all jewellery, precious belongings, cash, electronics, and any other valuables prior to the arrival of cleaning staff. RAMAW CONSULTING and its cleaning professionals shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement of unsecured items.
2. Limitation of Liability: RAMAW CONSULTING shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the provision of cleaning services, including but not limited to loss of personal property, accidental breakage of pre-existing fragile items, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the cleaning professional.
3. Pre-existing Damage: The client acknowledges that RAMAW CONSULTING is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to property, surfaces, or items prior to the commencement of the cleaning service.
4. Service Standards: Our cleaning professionals are trained and vetted. However, results may vary depending on the condition of the premises. The client agrees that RAMAW CONSULTING is not liable for results that do not meet subjective expectations where the service has been performed in good faith.
5. Payment: All payments are to be made to the RAMAW CONSULTING bank account. The company acts as the intermediary between the client and the cleaning professional. Cleaners are paid by RAMAW CONSULTING from funds received.
6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
